Payroll Compliance Specialist
Position Overview
Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a dedicated Payroll Compliance Administrator to join their expanding team in Fremont, California. This role is essential in ensuring payroll compliance, and it provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Administer and ensure compliance with payroll processes and regulations, particularly focusing on LCP tracker systems.
- Collaborate with the team to update and maintain payroll records using Salesforce and BDSI systems.
- Assist in the onboarding process to bring new hires up to speed with payroll compliance procedures.
- Support the construction team in understanding and adhering to certified payroll requirements.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in payroll records promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with management to ensure that all payroll processes are in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll compliance processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with LCP tracker systems is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and BDSI systems is a plus.
- Certified in payroll compliance, with experience in the construction industry being advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in handling payroll compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details
Max Pay is $35 per hour. Min Pay is $30 per hour. The position is 100% onsite in Fremont, CA.
